Early postoperative Complications

Septum perforation: Occasionally, the hole may form on the cartilage wall, called the septum, which forms the middle part of the nose. It doesn’t cause a serious condition, sometimes during the breathing it can make a whistling sound. The most disturbing event is the continuous crusting around this hole, and this creates nasal congestion.
This can only be corrected by a second operation.
